Slow Start Hurts Staples as Greenwich Wins FCIAC Championship

The Staples Wreckers fought til the end of the FCIAC Championship game, but fell short 65-49 to Greenwich on Wednesday at Fairfield University. The runner-up finish caps off an incredible FCIAC season where Staples compiled a record of (15-3). The team now reloads for a run in the state tournament, starting Saturday at home vs Lyman Hall at noon.
